I am longing for a good dish of bacalhau (cod fish) -with a lot of olive oil-, which I haven´t eaten since Christmas ( it is one of a long list of products we can´t find here).

In April Portugal participated in a competition in the USA for Best Olive Oils  and won 18 gold medals and 4 silver ones.
