Today is the commemoration of King John’s great concession at Runnymede on June 15 1215 and the profound influence that the Great Charter has had on eight centuries of history in England, Britain and the English-speaking world.
15 June 2015- The Red Arrows fly over the Magna Carta memorial at Runnymede in Surrey during a service to mark the 800th anniversary of the sealing of the document.
